How do I refund my customers?
Need to fully refund a customer's order for any reason? You can place a refund on an entire order any time through your organization's Order Lookup tool. Just find the order in question, click 'Refund Order', and confirm the refund.
Once a refund has been placed, it will be processed within 24 hours. If there are any issues with processing the refund, Bold Type Tickets support will contact the user who placed the refund.

If a customer needs to be partially refunded, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the cardholder name, email address, and/or confirmation code of the order in question. We'll handle it from there!
