How do I see how many people attended my event?
If you're scanning tickets or using the Ticket Lookup tool to check people into your event, you can view your attendance information through the Admissions Data page.
There you'll see a breakdown of your tickets' current state—how many have been redeemed, whether those tickets are currently scanned in or out, as well as how many were sold or pulled.
You'll also find some helpful graphs to show how many tickets each user/scanner checked in, the hourly breakdown of scans and check-ins, and how many of each ticket type have been redeemed.
You can click the name of each user/scanner to see the data for that user/scanner alone.
The scanner device breakdown table details how many attendees were scanned in, how many attendees were scanned out, and how many total scans that a scanner device performed.
