How do I change my off-sale message?

Hurray, It's almost time for your event! You can customize your off-sale message to ensure customers have the best information available.

Just go to the Details page for your event, and scroll down to the Off-Sale Messages section:

Click "edit" and customize your off-sale message to whatever you like!

Message that appears when your event listing is live, but tickets aren't on sale.

Message that appears when tickets are on sale.

Message that appears after online ticket sales have ended.

Tip: it's very helpful for customers to know if tickets will be available for purchase at the event. Let them know through the Post Sale message!
