How do I schedule automated reports?

You can schedule automated reports (Ticket Count, Sales Report, Attendee List) from any event dashboard, and you can set the report to deliver by email to members of your organization or any other recipient. All scheduled reports at the event level stop when the event ends. Attendee List reports are always sent three hours before event start. Ticket Count reports cannot be reconfigured the day of the event. Default reports for your organization are listed here to avoid redundancy and only editable through Organization Settings.

From any event dashboard, select the Scheduled Reports page:

To build a new report, select the "Add Scheduled Report" button:

Select the report type, and then apply settings for recipient email and days/time that you want the report to be sent out:

To turn off a report, go to the Scheduled Reports page on that event dashboard, and select on the Disable option for that report:
