How do I change the attendee name on a ticket?
Print at Home/Mobile tickets are generally transferable regardless of the attendee name. However, if you'd like to change the attendee name on file, or need to update a name for Will Call tickets, we can help!
Send an email to support@boldtypetickets.com including the following:
- Your order number (this can be found in the upper right corner of your confirmation email)
- The name that the ticket in question is currently under
- The name that you'd like the ticket to be under. Please include a First and Last Name
With that information, we can update the name(s) on file and send you an updated confirmation email that reflects the change.
Note: If your tickets are at Will Call, many event organizers will require you to provide some form of ID to redeem your tickets. Make sure the name on the Will Call list is the same name that appears on your ID!
