How do I change the attendee name on a ticket?
Need to change the attendee name on file for your tickets? Not a problem, we can help!
Send an email to support@boldtypetickets.com including the following:
- Your order's confirmation code (this can be found on your confirmation email)
- The name that the ticket in question is currently under
- The name that you'd like the ticket to be under. Please include a First and Last Name
With that information, we can update the name(s) on file and send you a new confirmation email that reflects the change.
Note: If your tickets are at Will Call, many event organizers will require you to provide some form of ID to redeem your tickets. Make sure the name on the Will Call list is the same name that appears on your ID!
