Do I need to print my tickets?
You can show your tickets on your mobile phone when you are at the event as printing of your ticket is not required. You can access your tickets by clicking on the green 'show your tickets' button within the email which pulls up your tickets. The square QR code displayed is what the event staff are looking to scan at the door at time of entry. Please see article: How do I display my tickets on a mobile phone? for more info.
If you would still like to print your ticket out, in your email confirmation there is a "print your ticket" button located underneath the "your ticket" section.
Click on either View Ticket or Print to print your tickets.
The following view is what you would see if you hit "View Ticket", the following is your ticket that you need to print to present at the venue.
